What is your turnaround time?

General cases (1-10) units, takes 10 working days to complete. Larger cases are scheduled individually. During peak times, or when a demanding case is provided, more time may be required. You will be notified immediately if this occurs. Typical mail order cases have a ten day in lab turnaround.

Do you offer rush service?

Rush service is available upon request at $100.00 additional charge per unit (3 day in lab turnaround).

What shipping method is used?

Mail order cases are shipped via UPS.

Who is responsible for shipping charges?

The Dental Lab will pay “UPS Ground Service” shipping costs. Overnight delivery is available at an additional charge.

Do you supply shipping labels?

Prepaid Mailing Labels are available upon request.

What are the payment terms?

Doctor agrees to pay account in full within 30 days of statement. -Service charge of 2% over 60 days.

What method of payment is accepted?

Checks - MasterCard - Visa - AMX - Discover

Do you offer shade consultations?

For challenging shade matches you may send your patients to Vitalab Dental Laboratory for custom shade consultation appointments. Additional fee applies.

Remake & Warranty Policy

No Charge, if fault of laboratory. 50% charge, if fault shared. (Doctor Determination)
